Another engine failure, another botched

The fuselage is now back together (it broke in two just behind the canopy).
At last - my Venture60 flies! (September, 2002) Terrible piloting skills and a not-quite broken in Fox Eagle IV kept it on the repair bench for two years. But the plane is stable in flight, I can stay ahead of the plane, and landings are no longer a heart-thumping ordeal.
OOPS!
The saga of my Venture60 came to an end the summer of 2003. Something happened, a radio hit, a glitch, we don't know, but the plane lost control at the bottom of a loop (just 6 feet off the ground). It nosed down and found the only hole in a tree through which the fuselage could go. Wings, landing gear, and tail feathers were demolished. Aside from the fuselage, which made it through the hole mostly undamaged, the largest piece of the plane is a 6-inch wide center part of the wing, servo included. Everything else is in sticks.
It was a fun plane to fly. I've still the Flyin'King, a 60 sized Stik, and a P-47 Thunderbolt. But someday I'll call Bruce and order my 2nd Venture60. It was a great flying plane.
LOOKING TO REJOIN THE WORK FORCE
Oh, one last thing. I was laid off in June, 2001. Anyone know a hiring manager willing to take on one of those fabled Techno-MBAs? (an MBA backed by a Master's in a technical field - in my case, Computer Science) See my resume on www.CohenBrothers.org for details.
